All orders at Winny’s Bakery are available for store pickup from our Karama location. We do not offer delivery at this time.

Pickup Details

• Pickup location: Winny’s Restaurant, Karama, Dubai
• Pickup timing: 10 AM – 10 PM daily
• Please share order details, references, and cake themes clearly to avoid delays.

How Pickup Works

• Place your order online and select your preferred pickup date and time at checkout.
• Custom or theme cakes typically require at least 48 hours notice.
• You will receive an order confirmation; for custom items, our team may reach out via WhatsApp/phone to confirm details.
• Visit our Karama store at your scheduled time to collect your order.

Changes to Pickup Time

Any pickup time or date changes must be requested ahead of time. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule.
