Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines how Winny’s Restaurant & Confectionery handles order cancellations, changes, and exceptional cases. As our products are freshly prepared and often custom-made, strict limitations apply. We strongly encourage customers to review this policy carefully before placing an order.


Order Cancellations & Changes

  • Order cancellations or changes must be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery time.
  • All requests must be made via phone or WhatsApp and are subject to confirmation by our team.
  • Requests made within 48 hours of the scheduled time will not be accepted.

Refund Policy (Strict No-Refund Policy)

  • Winny’s does not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
    • Change of mind
    • Late cancellation requests
    • Same-day or urgent orders
    • Custom cakes, theme cakes, or large orders
  • Once an order is confirmed, payment is considered final.
  • In rare cases where Winny’s is unable to fulfill an order due to operational constraints, a refund or store credit may be issued at our sole discretion.

Credit Notes (Discretionary)

  • In exceptional situations, management may issue a credit note instead of a refund.
  • Credit notes:
    • Are non-transferable
    • Cannot be redeemed for cash
    • Must be used within the validity period specified

Same-Day & Urgent Orders

  • Same-day and urgent orders are non-refundable and non-cancellable once confirmed.
  • If Winny’s is unable to fulfill a confirmed same-day order, a refund or credit note may be offered at management discretion.

Delivery-Related Terms

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable once a delivery attempt is made.
  • Delays caused by factors beyond our control (traffic, weather, access issues, customer unavailability, incorrect address details) do not qualify for refunds.
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information may result in additional delivery charges.

No-Show, Refused, or Unclaimed Orders

  • Orders that are:
    • Not collected at the agreed pickup time, or
    • Refused at delivery
    are considered fulfilled.
  • These orders are not eligible for refunds or credits.
  • Due to the perishable nature of our products, unclaimed items cannot be stored, reused, or resold.

Order Modifications

  • Requests to modify order details (flavor, size, design, message, or delivery time) must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
  • All modifications are subject to:
    • Availability
    • Operational feasibility
    • Confirmation by our team

Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

  • Customers are encouraged to contact Winny’s Restaurant & Confectionery directly to resolve any concerns before initiating a payment dispute.
  • Unauthorized chargebacks may be challenged using order records, delivery confirmations, and communication logs.
