  • No refunds will be issued under any circumstances
  • At our discretion, a credit note may be issued instead

Returns & Refund Policy

All sales are final.

Winny’s does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any products sold online or in-store, including cakes, desserts, and baked goods.

Once an order has been prepared or delivered, ownership transfers to the customer.

Delivery Terms

  • Delivery availability, time slots, and charges may vary based on location and demand
  • Delivery time windows are estimates and not guaranteed exact times
  • Additional delivery charges may apply for incorrect or incomplete address details
  • Responsibility for the product transfers upon successful handover

The recipient must inspect the order at the time of delivery. Winny’s is not liable for damage after handover.

Winny’s shall not be held liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, strikes, or service disruptions.
