Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how Winny’s Restaurant & Confectionery handles cancellations, refunds, and order changes. Because many of our products are freshly prepared and custom-made, certain limits apply. Therefore, we encourage customers to review this policy before placing an order.


Order Cancellations

  • Customers may cancel or change an order up to 48 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery time.
  • However, customers must contact us by phone or WhatsApp, and we must confirm the request.
  • If a request is made less than 48 hours in advance, a refund may not apply.

Refund Eligibility

  • We provide full refunds only when customers cancel at least 48 hours in advance, and we have not started preparing the order.
  • Orders cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled time are non-refundable.
  • For custom cakes, themed cakes, or large orders, we cannot offer refunds once we begin design, baking, or decoration work.

Same-Day & Urgent Orders

  • We treat same-day and urgent orders as non-refundable once confirmed.
  • If we cannot fulfill a confirmed same-day order, we may offer a refund or store credit at our discretion.

Delivery-Related Refunds

  • We do not refund delivery charges once our team attempts delivery.
  • If delivery is delayed due to unexpected issues, we will contact the customer to find a suitable solution.
  • Incorrect address details or customer unavailability may result in additional delivery charges.

No-Show & Unclaimed Orders

  • Orders not collected at the agreed time or refused at delivery are considered fulfilled.
  • These orders are not eligible for refunds.
  • Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot store or reuse unclaimed items.

Order Modifications

  • Customers must request changes to order details, including flavor, design, size, or delivery time, at least 48 hours in advance.
  • Our team processes modifications subject to availability and confirmation.

Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

  • Customers should contact Winny’s Restaurant & Confectionery first to resolve any concerns.
  • We may challenge unauthorized chargebacks using order records and communication history.
