Delivery & Pick-Up Options

We offer store pickup by default from our Karama location.
Delivery is available upon request, based on distance, order size and schedule availability.

If you require delivery, just select “Request Delivery” at checkout or mention it in the order notes.
Our team will get in touch to confirm availability and share delivery charges before processing the order.

How Delivery Works

• Delivery charges vary depending on distance and time.
• Requests made at least 48 hours in advance increase chances of confirmation.
• For urgent same-day deliveries, we will try our best but availability is not guaranteed.
• Delivery is approved only after WhatsApp/phone confirmation and payment of delivery fees (if applicable).

Pickup Details

• Pickup location: Winny’s Restaurant, Karama, Dubai
• Pickup timing: 10 AM – 10 PM daily
• Please share order details, references, and cake themes clearly to avoid delays.

Changes & Delivery Attempts

• Any address or time changes must be requested ahead of time.
• If no one is available to receive the order during the confirmed slot, re-delivery (if possible) may incur an additional fee.
